children participating in a
summer performing arts
workshop.

Free to Be: Junior is a
musical about how people
become inspired to make a
difference in their
community by practicing
citizenship.
The participants were ages
8-14, including ten girls
and three boys. There are
17 characters, including
two men and women, in the
plot. Many people
contributed their time and
effort in creating this show
together. The kids had a
blast and everyone grew as
performing artists!
